1. The documents
Every policy in this centre is written to describe how eSora Studio actually operates — a static marketing and enquiry website run by eSora Labs Ltd. — rather than a generic template. If a document describes a feature, that feature exists; if this site does not have accounts, payments, analytics, advertising, or uploads, the documents say so plainly.
2. How they fit together
The Terms of Use govern your use of this website. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled, the Cookie Policy covers storage technologies specifically, and the Privacy Requests page is the practical route for exercising your rights. The Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use policies protect the work published here and the people who use it, and the Disclaimer explains how to read our portfolio and marketing content.
Accepting or rejecting cookies is a separate act from agreeing to the Terms of Use. One never implies the other.
For clients: a signed master services agreement, statement of work, or data processing agreement always takes precedence over anything published on this website. Website policies never silently rewrite a signed engagement. The full order of precedence is set out in section 16 of the Terms of Use.
3. Your privacy controls
You can exercise every privacy choice this site offers directly:
Cookie preferences can be reopened at any time from the Cookie settings control in the footer of every page. Withdrawing is as easy as accepting, and we honour the Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser.
