1. Our approach
eSora Studio designs interfaces for a living, so accessibility is part of the craft standard on our own website, not an afterthought. Our goal for this Site is WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and the Site is built with that target in mind: semantic HTML, real text instead of text-in-images, and layouts that hold up under zoom, reflow, and keyboard use.
2. Measures we take
- Readable type and contrast — body text at comfortable sizes with contrast chosen to meet AA ratios;
- Keyboard access — all navigation, menus, forms, and the cookie preference centre are operable by keyboard, with visible focus indicators;
- Reduced motion — the Site respects
prefers-reduced-motion: the animated hero, reveals, and smooth-scroll effects stand down when you ask your system for less motion, and all content remains available without animation; - Labels and structure — form fields have explicit labels, headings are structured, and interactive elements carry accessible names;
- No-JS readability — the substantive content of every page, including all legal documents, is present in the HTML and readable with JavaScript disabled; and
- Print — legal documents carry a print stylesheet so they print cleanly.
3. Known limitations
Honesty matters more than a clean claim. Known limitations on the current Site include:
- the homepage hero is a canvas-based particle animation; it is decorative, has a static fallback image and text alternative, and is disabled under reduced motion, but it is not itself an accessible experience;
- generative artwork used on work cards is decorative and labelled as such, but long descriptions of each generative piece are not provided;
- some older case-study imagery may have concise rather than exhaustive alternative text; and
- we rely on third-party font services whose delivery we do not control.
We fix accessibility issues as we find them, and reports from users move to the front of the queue.
4. Feedback and assistance
If you hit a barrier on this Site, or need any content in a different format, email info@esoralabs.com (attention: “Accessibility”) with the page address and a description of the problem. A person — not an automated inbox — reads these, and we will work with you on an accessible alternative and a fix.
5. Conformance status
We evaluate the Site by self-assessment against WCAG 2.2 AA and test keyboard navigation, focus visibility, contrast, zoom, and reduced-motion behaviour as part of our release checks. We do not claim certification or full conformance: no independent audit has been performed to date, and accessibility is a continuing practice, not a finished state. This statement is updated as the Site and our evaluation evolve.
