1. Request types
You can ask eSora Labs Ltd. (operator of eSora Studio) for any of the following, subject to applicable law:
- Access — confirmation of whether we hold personal information about you, and a copy or account of it and of how it has been used and disclosed;
- Correction — amendment of personal information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Deletion — deletion of your personal information where applicable law provides for it, subject to retention we are legally required to keep (explained in the Privacy Policy, section 10);
- Withdrawal of consent — withdrawal of any consent you previously gave, including cookie choices (also available instantly via the footer Cookie settings) and any marketing opt-in, effective going forward;
- Complaint — a complaint about how we have handled your personal information; and
- Regional rights — where another law applies (for example Quebec’s Law 25, the GDPR/UK GDPR, or California’s CCPA/CPRA), the additional rights it grants, as summarised in the Privacy Policy’s regional notices.
2. How to submit and what happens next
The form in section 3 composes a structured email from your own device to info@esoralabs.com with a unique reference in the format ES-PR-YYYYMMDD-XXXX. Because this website has no server-side form processing, your request is delivered — and therefore submitted — when you press send in your email application. Keep the reference; it lets us connect any follow-up to the original request.
Internally, each request is assigned an owner, logged with its type, jurisdiction, and due date, and tracked through verification (where needed), response, and closure. Request contents are handled only by the people processing them and are not exposed to analytics or routine logging — this Site runs neither. We collect only the fields the form asks for, because those are the fields needed to act.
3. Submit a request
Complete the form and press “Compose request email”. Your email application opens with a structured message to info@esoralabs.com and a unique reference. Your request is submitted when you press send in your email app — the reference below is the number to quote in any follow-up.
Your request email is ready to send. Your email application should have opened with a structured message to info@esoralabs.com. Press send there to submit your request.
ES-PR-…Quote this reference in any follow-up. We acknowledge and respond to privacy requests within the deadlines set by applicable law (see section 5), and we will only use these details to handle the request.
4. Identity verification
We verify requests proportionately. For most requests, replying from the email address the information is associated with is enough. We ask for more only where the request is sensitive or the identity match is uncertain — and we do not require identity documents for every request. If we cannot verify you, we will explain why and what would resolve it.
5. Deadlines
We respond within the deadlines of the law that applies to your request — for example PIPEDA’s requirement to respond within 30 days for access requests — rather than promising one universal period. If an extension permitted by law applies, we will tell you before the original deadline, with the reason and the new date. Cookie-preference changes take effect immediately through the footer control and need no request.
6. If you are not satisfied
Tell us first — reply to our response or email info@esoralabs.com (attention: “Privacy”) quoting your reference, and we will re-examine the matter. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) or to any other regulator with jurisdiction over your concern, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Other ways to reach us
You do not have to use the form: email info@esoralabs.com (attention: “Privacy”) with the same information — request type, name, reply email, and details — and it will enter the same process. No account and no marketing consent is ever required to make a privacy request.
