1. Informational content
Everything on the eSora Studio website is provided for general information and marketing purposes. Descriptions of services, processes, timelines, and outcomes describe how we generally work; they are not promises about any specific engagement, and they are not an offer capable of acceptance by browsing. An engagement exists only when a written agreement is signed, as explained in the Terms of Use.
2. Concepts, prototypes, and speculative work
Our portfolio may include conceptual projects, speculative designs, prototypes, illustrative interfaces, and fictional or anonymised examples created to demonstrate craft. Such work is identified as conceptual, speculative, or illustrative where it appears, and it should not be read as having been commissioned, deployed, certified, or endorsed by the organisation it depicts unless we say so explicitly. Interface mockups and renders are visual artifacts; they are not screenshots of production systems unless labelled as such.
3. Case studies and results
Case studies describe particular projects and their particular contexts. Past results do not guarantee identical or similar outcomes for future clients — outcomes depend on the client’s market, budget, team, decisions, and many factors outside any studio’s control. Client names, logos, testimonials, and project imagery appear with the client’s permission as described in our agreements; their appearance does not constitute an endorsement of any future work. Metrics quoted in case studies reflect the engagement they describe and the information available at the time.
4. Marketing versus contractual commitment
Marketing language — words like “ship”, “world-class”, or “built to last” — expresses our standards and ambitions. It is not a warranty, a service-level commitment, or a contractual specification. The only commitments that bind eSora Labs Ltd. are those in a signed agreement, and where marketing content and a signed agreement differ, the agreement governs (see the order of precedence in the Terms of Use). Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to excuse a misleading statement or to override an obligation we have actually accepted.
5. Third-party content and links
The Site may reference third-party products, services, publications, or sites. References are for information, are not endorsements unless stated, and third-party content is the responsibility of its publisher. We are not responsible for third-party sites or their content, which are governed by their own terms and policies.
6. Packaging and physical-product visuals
Packaging and physical-product work shown on this Site — renders, mockups, structural concepts — are visual concepts, not manufacturing specifications. They have not been validated for engineering, tooling, production, labelling compliance, or regulatory approval unless explicitly stated, and design services do not automatically include legal clearance, certification, or manufacturing responsibility. Those steps belong to the client and its manufacturing and compliance partners, or to a signed agreement that expressly includes them. A render is never represented as production-ready.
7. No professional advice
Site content is not legal, regulatory, engineering, accessibility-conformance, financial, or other professional advice, and reading it creates no advisory relationship. Obtain advice specific to your situation before acting on anything you read here.
