1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy governs conduct on and around the eSora Studio website (the “Site”), operated by eSora Labs Ltd. It is part of the Terms of Use. Breaching it may lead to restricted access and, where conduct is unlawful, referral to the appropriate authorities.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the Site, its content, or its contact channels to:
- do anything unlawful under the laws of Ontario, Canada, or your own jurisdiction, or encourage others to do so;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights — including submitting materials you have no right to share;
- engage in fraud, deception, or impersonation — including posing as another person or organisation in an enquiry, or misrepresenting your identity, affiliation, or authority;
- harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any person, including our staff, through our contact channels;
- send or introduce malicious material — malware, malicious links, or harmful code — including as attachments or links in messages to us;
- attempt unauthorised access to the Site, its hosting, our mailboxes, or any related system; probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorisation; or circumvent security or access safeguards;
- interfere with the Site’s operation or infrastructure, or with any other visitor’s use of it — including denial-of-service activity; or
- misuse our name, mark, or content to imply an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.
3. Scraping, extraction, and automated use
Bulk or abusive automated access is prohibited: do not use bots, scrapers, or similar means to copy, extract, harvest, or monitor the Site or its content at scale, and do not use Site content to train machine-learning models where doing so is restricted by applicable law or by rights we hold.
This restriction is scoped to what is legally supportable. It does not override statutory exceptions (for example, fair dealing under Canadian copyright law or applicable text-and-data-mining exceptions), ordinary search-engine indexing that respects standard protocols, accessibility tools used by individuals, or separately authorised security research — see the responsible-disclosure rules on the Security page. 4. Materials you submit
When you send us materials — a brief, files, links, or references, whether through the quote wizard’s email handoff or ordinary email — you represent and warrant that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit them and to let us review them, and that they do not infringe a third party’s rights or contain unlawful content.
In return, you grant eSora Labs Ltd. only a limited, non-exclusive licence to review and use those materials to evaluate and respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to perform the agreed services. That is all. We do not take ownership of your materials, and we do not take a perpetual or unrestricted licence over confidential submissions. Confidential materials are handled under any signed NDA or agreement, which always takes precedence over this website policy.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches; restrict, suspend, or block access to the Site; refuse or disregard submissions; and report unlawful conduct to law enforcement or the appropriate regulator, preserving related records where the law requires. We aim to act proportionately: the goal is to protect the Site, our work, and other people, not to police ordinary browsing.

To report a breach of this policy, abuse of our contact channels, or content on this Site that concerns you, email info@esoralabs.com (attention: “Abuse — eSora Studio”) with the relevant URLs and details.
