1. What this page covers
This page discloses, truthfully, where artificial intelligence does and does not appear in eSora Studio’s operations. It exists because AI is part of our studio’s craft conversation — eSora Studio sits inside eSora Labs, whose work includes AI infrastructure — not because this website contains an AI product. We will not imply a capability we do not have.
2. No public AI features on this site
This website contains no public AI tool. There is no chatbot, no generative widget, no AI assistant, and no feature that sends what you type to a model. The quote wizard and the privacy-request form are deterministic interfaces that compose an email on your own device; nothing about them involves machine learning, and nothing you type into this website is used to train a model.
3. Internal creative assistance
Within the studio, AI tools may assist internal creative workflows — for example early-stage ideation, copy variants, imagery exploration, or code assistance — always under human review and human authorship of the final work. Designers and engineers remain responsible for what we deliver; AI output is treated as draft material to be evaluated, not as finished work, and we do not present AI-assisted output as wholly human-originated where its origin matters to the client.
We do not use AI tools to mimic a third party’s protected work, to generate deceptive content, or to make decisions about people.
4. Client work and AI
Three rules govern client engagements:
- Confidentiality first. Confidential client materials and personal information are not submitted to external AI services unless an approved arrangement — contractual terms covering confidentiality, retention, and training use — is in place for that service. This is enforced as a working rule, not just a policy sentence.
- Scope is contractual. Any AI-specific deliverable, tool, or workflow for a client is defined in that client’s signed statement of work, including which providers may be used. Nothing on this website commits us to a particular model or vendor.
- Client instructions prevail. Where a client’s agreement restricts or prohibits AI use on its work, that restriction governs, full stop.
5. AI-assisted materials and intellectual property
Copyright protection for AI-generated material is unsettled in many jurisdictions. Accordingly — as stated in the Intellectual Property Policy — we do not promise exclusivity, guaranteed copyright protection, or automatic freedom from third-party claims for AI-generated elements. What a client receives in AI-assisted deliverables, and what rights attach, is defined by the signed agreement for that engagement.
6. Accuracy, limits, and unsuitable uses
AI systems can be wrong, inconsistent, or confident about things that are not true. Where AI assistance touches our work, human review is the control. AI-generated material should not be relied on for legal, regulatory, safety, accessibility-conformance, or manufacturing decisions, and we do not use it for those decisions without qualified human verification. Sensitive personal information is not fed to AI tools as a matter of practice.
